Retainer-Based Model
For startups with ongoing consulting needs, such as scaling operations or entering new markets, Henderson Spanton will use a monthly retainer fee, allowing for continuous support. This retainer would cover a range of services, including strategic advice, mentorship, and operational consulting. Retainer fees will range from $5,000 to $25,000 monthly, depending on the engagement’s scope and the level of support required.
Equity-Based Fees
Given the firm’s commitment to underrepresented founders, Henderson Spanton will offer flexible terms, allowing startups to pay partially through equity. This aligns incentives by investing in the startup’s long-term success and reduces the immediate financial burden for cash-strapped companies.
